| 摘 要： | 犯罪心理痕迹是指犯罪嫌疑人遗留在犯罪前、犯罪中、犯罪后的反映其心理状态、内心活动和个性心理特征的痕迹,它是一种无形的精神痕迹。对犯罪心理痕迹的特征及犯罪各阶段犯罪心理痕迹的外在表现进行了分析,归纳了几种常用的分析判断心理痕迹的方法,并对利用犯罪心理痕迹进行案件分析时应注意的问题进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | Guilty psychological mark is the mark that can reflect criminal' s mentality state and the mouable heart and the individuality on various kind of guilty scene.It is one kind of invisible spirit mark.The characteristic of guilty psychological mark and the external show of psychological mark to each stage has been in progress the analysis.Several kinds of analysis methods in common use to judge the psycho-logical mark have been concluded.And the question should be paid attenti on to when using the guilty psychological mark to carry on the ca se has been expounded. |
