| 摘 要： | 当前的群体性治安事件,已经成为影响和制约社会稳定和经济发展的重要因素。在多数情况下,经济因素是群体性治安事件的导火线,但是,有时政治因素也起到了推波助澜的作用。群体性治安事件的形成和发展有着复杂的过程,先期处置科学合理,就能够尽快平息事态。

| Abstract: | At present group public order cases have a bad influence on the stability and economic development of the society.In most cases,the main reason of them is due to economy.On the other hand sometimes political factors also play an important role in it.The formation and development are very complex.If it can be dealt with scientifically in advance,this kind of problem can be solved well. |
