In the post-cold war era,U.S.played a crucial role in the international relations of East Asia,having an important balance effect(among) U.S.-Sino-Japanese triangle relations.The main purpose of U.S.strategy of East Asia is to balance the relations with China and Japan,which,to a great extent,can be the external factor that influences the Sino-Japanese relations.The transformation of its East Asian strategy from parity to superiority has ruined the regional balance of power,which has sharpened the difference involved in the issues on the security and the(history) between China and Japan.The growing frigid Sino-Japanese relations will do no good to the stability and the security of East Asia.
