摘    要:在我国中小学教育中 ,较普遍地存在着教育观念错位、教育方法失当、管理不善及教师素质低下等诱发未成年人违法犯罪的诸多因素。消除这些消极因素 ,既有赖于科学教育评价机制的建立、社会人才观念的改变 ,更有赖于社会的全面改革 ,尤其是利益分配机制的合理调整。而学校作为构成社会整体的一个重要组成部分 ,不仅应该 ,而且也是能够发挥其特殊作用的

Abstract:Many factors being widespread in Chinese primary and high school education, such as wrong educational concept, unsuitable educational methods, bad management and low-quality teachers, cause the under-age students to break the law and commit crimes. In order to clear all these negative factors, we should rely not only on the establishment of scientific educational evaluation mechanism and change of concepts of social talents, but also on the overall social reforms, especially the reasonable adjustment of benefit distribution mechanism. Schools, as an important part of the whole society, should and are able to develop their special function.
