| 摘 要： | 在分析城市安全链管理体系功能构建策略和主体构建策略的基础上,系统地分析了城市应急系统网络化模式,突出了在城市应急管理主体之间共享信息和资源对于城市应急系统建设的重要性,为有效地推动我国城市应急系统建设提供了可以借鉴的策略和方法。

| Abstract: | Based on analysis of the construction strategy of urban safety chain management architecture function and main body, the model of urban emergency system network has been analyzed systematically in the paper. To the construction of urban emergency system, the importance of information and resource sharing among the main bodies of urban emergency management is emphasized.This paper offers the available strategy and methods for urban emergency system construction promotion. |
