加强致公党基层组织建设不断推进基层组织工作深入开展

在新的历史时期,福建省致公党各级基层组织工作不同程度地面临着组织生活难以开展、工作没有活力、活动内容陈旧、形式单一等许多的困难和问题,影响了党组织的凝聚力、影响力和感召力,进而削弱了参政党职能作用的发挥。本文对加强基层组织建设,创新基层组织生活形式,推进基层组织工作开展提出了几点粗浅的认识和思考。

Strengthen the Grass-roots Organizations Construction of China Zhi Gong Party and Continuing to Promote Its Grassroots Organizations Work into Depth

In the new historical period,grass-roots organizations of China Zhi Gong party at all levels in our province are facing with varying degrees difficulties and problems of organizational life difficult to carry out,work without vitality,active content becomes old,active form always the same,and so on.These problems have affected the cohesion,influence and emotional appeal of the Party,which would weaken the participating parties to play a functional role.This article tries to put forward some suggestions about strengthening China Zhi Gong Party＇s grass-roots organizations construction,bringing forth new ideas of grass-roots organizations life form and promoting the work development of grass-roots organizations.
