智力手段作为一种先进的犯罪手段类型，涉及的领域遍及社会生活的方方面面，由此带来严重的社会危害性。与传统犯罪中诸如暴力手段、权力手段等的不同之处，在于它实现犯罪的过程中带有明显的智能性特征，从而助长了犯罪的成功率，也加大了司法机关查处的难度。因此，只有加强对犯罪智力手段的理论研究，对犯罪智力手段相关内涵进行界定和把握，才能进一步推进智能化犯罪这一领域的研究和防控。

On Intellectual Means of Crime

As a means of an advanced criminal approach, intellectual means of crime touches upon various aspects of our social llfe, resulting in serious harm to society. The difference of intellectual means of crime from such traditional criminal means as violent and power means is that it has a significant feature of intelligence while in committing crimes ,which has accelerated the success rate of crime and also increased the difficulty for the judicial authorities in prosecution. Therefore, only through strengthening the theoretical research of the criminal intelligence, defining and grasping the meaning of related criminal intelligence, can we promote the further study and prevention and control intelligent crimes in this field.
