| 摘 要： | 减少道路交通事故，是建立良好的道路交通秩序的重要保证。当前，酒后驾车这一违章现象表现很突出，它严重扰乱了正常的道路交通秩序，影响了国民经济的建设和发展，本文阐述了饮酒对驾驶员驾车的影响及危害，论述了治理酒后驾车的法律依据、方法和措施。
