| 摘 要： | 近年来,各地公安机关因警力不足,按要求录用了不少年轻民警充实到基层工作中,给人民警察队伍增添了新鲜血液。但由于年轻民警缺乏工作经验,在工作中易出现急于求成、方法简单、缺乏耐心、考虑不周等问题,且有一定的代表性和普遍性。对此,需加强对年轻民警的政治思想教育和工作业务指导,以迅速适应新时期公安工作的需要。

| Abstract: | In Recent years,because of the shortage of police,a great number of young police are absorbed in the basic units to work,which strengthens the police troops.But meanwhile,it is typical and common that the young police are lack of working experience,patience and consideration.This article analyzes the existing problems of the young police in work and comes up with the countermeasures.The new methods of the young police's political and thought education and working instructions and new views for the police's construction are brought up. |
