| 摘 要： | 公私组织二分法是公共行政学者使用的最基本组织分类法。在组织和管理研究领域,公私组织二分法遭到了理论与现实的困难。但是,公私组织二分法有着重要的行政学意义,公私组织二分法有助于分析公共组织的特性、界定公私管理的可通约性以及政府与市场的边界。
