| Abstract: | Settling the separation of the rights of share is to guarantee the equal cost of the share between the holders of the listed and the unlisted share, which can help the perfection to redistribute the resources in the capital market and to realize the reform of the rights of the ownership by market form and the change from a market directed by government to one governed by people sharing the same interests. |
