| 摘 要： | 党风问题是关系到执政党生死存亡的问题。领导干部要塑造良好的作风，成为作风建设的楷模，要做到：把求真务实锻造为一种习惯；把“以人为本”转化为一种行动；把尊重群众树立为一种准则；把和谐精神体现为一种追求；把无私奉献提升为一种境界。
