| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化和区域经济一体化浪潮的推动下,东北亚各国以提升产业功能为动力,以产业升级、技术转移为主要手段,推动各国产业结构的调整和优化.日韩将成为区域内的研发中心,以其技术优势和产品优势与各国合作并获得新的发展空同;中国在承接产品和技术转移的同时,加速以国产化为目标的全面创新过程,将成为加工制造业基地;俄罗斯则以其"能源大国"的天然优势面向东北亚市场,以"能源安全"为目标,加强能源基地建设.东北亚各国的核心竞争优势日益凸显,由以垂直分工为主转向水平分工为主的新的分工体系将逐渐形成.
