| 摘 要： | 现代文明社会的治理模式,应该是德治与法治的高度协调、高度融洽的互动。在坚持法治的总体框架下坚持德治-法治互动,既是对历史经验的借鉴,又是社会现实的诉求。当今中国,必须通过道德法律化、加强制度伦理建设、抓好公民道德教育和培育公民法律信仰,才能实现德治-法治的良性互动。

| Abstract: | The ruling mode for a modern civilized society should be in a high-degree balance,ferment between rule of morality and rule of law.On the basis of sticking to the overall frame of rule of law,to stick to interaction between rule of morality and rule of law is to learn from the historic experiences and also a requirement from realistic society as well.In current China,the interaction can only be realized when the morality is legalized,ethnic construction of systems is strengthened,citizens' moral education is well improved and their legal beliefs are cultivated. |
