| 摘 要： | 三代领导人对我国法制建设的发展都做出了不可磨灭的贡献,但由于三代领导人所处的历史背景、社会政治、经济、文化等诸多方面因素不同,致使三代领导人在我国法制建设史上的贡献也不尽相同.评价三代领导人不应脱离社会背景,只有这样,我们的评价才客观公正.三代领导人的法制思想是一脉相承的,都是马列主义在中国的具体运用和发展.

| Abstract: | The leaders of three generations have made indelible contribution to the development of the legalconstruction of our country,but because the history background,social politics,economy,culture,etc. are differ-ent,the contribution made by the leaders of three generations in the history of our country' legal construction is sdifferent. Appraising the leaders of three generations should not break away from the social background,only inthis way,our appraisal is objective and just. The leaders of three generations'legal system thought comes downin a continuous line,and are all concrete application and development of Marxism- Leninism in China. |
