Legal Analysis to The Green Barrier

Since the green environmental protection campaign was initiated at the end of the 1970's, to the beginning of 1980's, green environmental protection laws, green product/produce identification systems, signs of green products/produces and requirements of green packing have become available all over the developed countries. And the standards and requirements concerned therein tend to be higher and more rigid. Indeed, in the wake of anti-dumping the green barrier already becomes another main obstacle that casts a shadow on international trade and trends to be a higher priority. To systematically analyze and observe the causes of origin, characteristics and status quo of green barriers is of great practical significance for us to break down the barrier to access the market, and to regulate and promote China's foreign trade.
