| 摘 要： | 在郑汴一体化的发展进程中,如何合理配置并充分发挥土地资源的效能值得深入研究。应从打破行政界线的区域角度综合考虑郑汴一体化进程中两地土地资源宏观层面上的配置问题,在两地加强合作的基础上综合运用规划、地价、信息服务等手段,推进土地资源的区域性配置,进而加快郑汴一体化的进程。
