| 摘 要： | 教育实习在大学教育中起着非常重要的作用,是师范生走上教师岗位之前的“实战演习”,是检验高等师范院校教育成果的手段之一。从英语专业毕业生在实习期间出现的问题看,高等师范院校英语教学亟待完善,要整合、优化、改革其中的各个环节,从而为社会培养更多的优秀的园丁。
