| 摘 要： | 市民社会理论在马克思主义理论体系中居于重要地位,在当代中国具有重大的理论价值和现实意义.因此,发展社会主义民主,加强社会建设,就必须充分重视和发挥社团的组织和媒介功能.针对目前社团立法严重滞后于其发展的客观现实,本文认为,应该以市民社会理论为指导,结合当代中国的实际,积极完善社团立法,为社团发展提供良好的法律环境.
