| Abstract: | In order to realize autonomy labor union from market economy instead of the administrative labor union from planned economy,it needs a arduous journey to make it happen.During this time,modern and scientific theory of the labor union is necessary.The construction of the practical and efficient system of law is under such a circumstance.What's more,the content of the labor union must be changed. |
