| 摘 要： | 仲裁机构和法院作为解决民商事争议的两个最重要的机构,既存在着支持和协作关系,又存在着一定的对立关系。正确认识和处理二者的关系,对于充分发挥仲裁在解决民商事争议中的积极作用具有十分重要的意义。
