| 摘 要： | 今年3月,日本发生千年一遇的大地震.这次大地震有两点给世人以深刻印象:一是大地震没有造成楼房的大坍塌;二是大地震没有引起社会的大恐慌.前者得力于日本建筑物下面有一层橡胶垫圈,可以防震,在地震时起缓冲作用.
