村民自治条件下农村干部素质透视

随着村民自治的不断推进,农村基层干部的整体素质有明显的提高。但在许多地方,尤其是经济欠发达地区,农村基层干部的素质还比较低下,与我国全面建设小康社会的要求不相适应。正视存在的问题并认真分析产生这些问题的深层原因,对于有效提高现阶段农村干部素质,推进农村经济社会发展,具有突出的现实意义。

With the continuous improvement of self-governace among villagers, the quality of rural cadres at the grassroots level has been obviously improved as a whole. But in mary places, especially in economically underdeveloped areas, the quality of rural cadres at the grassroots level remains rather low, which is not compatible with the requirements of building a well-off socidty in an all-round way. To face up to the problems and give analysis of their deep causes are realistically significant for improving the quality of rural cadres at present stage and for promoting the economic and social development in rural areas.
