我国食品召回实施困境的原因解析及其对策

当前，国内一些不安全食品严重扰乱了我国的食品市场的秩序，给我国人民的食品安全带来极大的威胁。针对这一现状，本文从分析我国食品召回实施困境的原因着手，借鉴了部分发达国家食品召回的成功经验，立足于我国基本国情，提出了解决我国食品召回实施困境的对策，以期对我国食品召回法律制度的完善有所帮助。

Causes analysis and Countermeasures of the implementation difficulties of food recall of our country

At present,unsafe foods has severely disturbed our country’s food market,which has posed a severe threat to the food safety.In view of this situation in China,the thesis suggested analyzing reasons for food recall in implementation difficulties,and after drawing the successful experience of developed countries in the field of food-recall,the authors puts forward some solutions to the implementation difficulties of food recall,which expect to improve the food recall law system of our country.
