| 摘 要： | "入世"后,我国政府既要严格按国际惯例办事,增加政策和管理的透明度,实行国民待遇,又要逐步放开国内市场,减少行政干预.政府的改革和职能的转变将成为今后改革的重点.

| Abstract: | After accession to WTO, on one hand, our government will run according to international rules, and strengthen its opening degree in terms of its policy and management; on the other hand, the government should carry out national treatment, gradually open domestic market, and reduce administrative interference as well. The reform carried out by government and the transormation of its function will be the essential point of the reform in future. |
