| 摘 要： | 我国加入WTO将对出入境管理、出入境管理方式、管理体制和机制以及队伍管理产生影响。故此,要加强政策研究,完善政策法规;改进管理方式,提高整体管理效能;调整现行体制,完善工作机制;建设一支高水平的出入境管理队伍。

| Abstract: | Our country's entry into WTO will exert an influence on Exit - Entry administration, the mode of Exit - Entry administration, the administrative system and mechanism and the contingent administration. So we should strengthen the study of the policy, perfect the policy and laws, improve the administrative mode, enhance the overall administrative effect, adjust the present system, improve the working mechanism;construct an Exit - Entry administrative contingent of high quality. |
