发展现代物流业 促进东北区域经济发展

现代物流业具有很强的产业关联度和带动效应,几乎涵盖了三次产业的所有领域和部门,对东北区域经济发展具有重要的促进作用。发展现代物流业可以推动东北老工业基地的改造与振兴。东北地区物流业发展基础较好,但相对于国内发达地区的物流而言,东北地区物流业尚处于起步阶段,还存在一些问题,为促进东北老工业基地建设,应进一步加快现代物流发展的步伐,在促进信息技术在物流领域中的应用,构建专业化物流体系和物流中心以及大力培养复合型现代物流人才方面下功夫。

To Develop the Modern Logistics and Promote the Regional Economy Development of Northeast China

Modern logistics has strong conjunction and drive effect,and it contains all the fields and branches of three industries.Development of modern logistics could impel the revival of the Northeast China old industry base.Comparing with developed areas,there are some difficulties in the northeast China and it was in a starting period.In order to promote the construct of old industry base,we should quicken up the development of modern logistics,advance the application of information technology,and train qualified people to meet the needs.
