对延长退休年龄的思考

延长退休年龄是中国发展的必然趋势。人均寿命提高了,中国人口结构发生变化,人口老龄化不容乐观,延长退休年龄可以减轻养老保险基金的支付压力,减轻家庭养老负担和社会养老压力。建议大力发展经济,提供更多就业机会,从强制退休逐渐向自主选择转变,实行弹性退休制度,国家应根据不同的行业,甚至不同的区域来制定弹性的退休政策,提高养老保险的参与率。

Thinking of Extending the Retirement Age

Extending the retirement age is the inevitable trend of China＇s development. People＇s life expectancy has im proved, and China＇s population structure is changing, so the extension can reduce the burden of family endowment and social en dowment pressure. The author suggests that the government develop the economy and provide more employment opportuni ties,let the mandatory retirement change into one＇s own choice,and gradually practice the flexible retirement system. Our coun try should develop flexible retirement policy,and improve the participation of endowment insurance according to different indus tries and even different regions.
