| 摘 要： | 在中国历史上清政府在西北地区的区域性贸易中心和民族贸易中心实行的商业政策,对其社会经济的发展产生了重要影响。但西北地区的商业发展是不平衡的,除了一些区域性的贸易中心外,西北商业就整体而言,仍然落后于内地其他地区。
