高校辅导员人格本位校本课程体系构建

摘    要:由于高校辅导员的人格魅力对于学生工作具有重要作用,而且目前高校辅导员存在消极型人格、退缩型人格、敌对型人格、功利型人格等缺失型人格现象,所以构建高校辅导员人格本位校本课程体系具有必然性。高校辅导员人格本位校本课程体系构建应遵循校本课程开发的校本性原则、个性化原则、自主性原则、研究性原则等四大原则。

Abstract:Being the organizers, conductors and performers of ideological and political education, university instructors serve to be direct examples for students to follow. There are some ways for instructors to move and inspire students with truth force and their own personality, one of which is to establish a system of school-centred courses in development of instructors' personality.
