| 摘 要： | 文章通过对我国司法体制下检察权性质的不同争议入手,结合笔者自己的观点对检察权的性质加以概括,讨论对我国现有检察权进行合理配置所需要的基础,论述对我国检察权的合理配置进行完善性思考,希望通过对我国现有检察权制度地完善来达到检察权的合理配置。

| Abstract: | In this disquisition,the author begins with history of right of inquiry,and then infers characters of right of inquiry after debating disputes in social and judicial systems,followed by discussing foundation of distributing right of inquiry reasonable.Then he thinks about actuality of our country,and expresses hope to distribute right of inquiry reasonable by consummating system of right of inquiry. |
