高教园区特点对师生关系的影响及其对策

高教园区作为一种新型的高等教育运行模式，具有地域偏远、文化氛围稀薄等明显特点，这些特点必然给师生关系带来新影响、新挑战和新变化。本文认为，改善师生关系的质量是提高高教园区教育教学工作实效的关键点。构建和谐的师生关系需要从思想观念、组织制度、环境氛围、教育主体、教育客体等各个层面着手，共同发挥合力作用。

Influences on Teacher- Student Relationship from Characteristics of Higher Educational Zone and Countermeasures

As a new model of higher education, higher educational zone has some evident characteristics such as remote area, weak cultural atmosphere and etc., which cannot but bring new influences, challenges and changes to teacher - student relationship. This article points out that improving the quality of teacher - student relationship is the key to increase actual effects of educational and teaching works in higher educational zone. The construction of harmonious teacher- student relationship demands the integrated exertion of the functional forces, including ideas, organization system, environmental atmosphere, educational subject, educational object and so on.
