| 摘 要： | 科学发展领导力是一种体现科学发展观的新领导力,它把领导力置入科学发展观坐标体系之中,实现了领导力从一系列领导行为的组合到一系列推动科学发展的能力和效力高度融合聚积的飞跃。科学领导力的结构是由激发创新的学习力、科学民主的决策力、整合资源的组织力、创新机制的引导力、高效准确的执行力、以人为本的感召力等六大要素组合、融合成的六维结构。
