| 摘 要： | 本文考察了女大学生在学习、求职的过程中所碰到的性骚扰问题,发现性骚扰已经成为危害女大学生的一个重要因素,它严重危害了女大学生的正常生活和身心健康。文章从女大学生自身、社会环境以及法律制度缺乏等方面分析了女大学生遭受性骚扰的原因,并提出有关建议。

| Abstract: | This paper examines sexual harassment issues in the lives of women university students during attending schools and seeking employment.The paper recognizes that sexual harassment has been an external factor in threatening women university students because it not only disturbs their lives but also jeopardizes their health.The paper considers the life of women university students,social environment and lack of legal protection as causes of sexual harassment in this particularly group and recommends solutions. |
