摘    要:我国现行劳动法律体系存在着形式上和内容上的缺陷。因此 ,应在探析其价值内核的基础上 ,建立和完善新型的劳动法律体系。该体系应包括 :劳动力市场主体法、劳动力市场秩序维护法、劳动宏观调控法、劳动监督检查法、社会保险法和劳动争议处理法。

Abstract:In our country, the current labor legal system has defects both in the form and in the content. In view of this, me should probe into the value core of the labor legal system and establish a new framework. The new labor legal system and establish a new framework. The new labor legal system should include the issues as follows: law about the subject in the labor force market, law about maintaining the order of labor force market, law about over all adjustment to labor, law about supervision and checking on labor, social insurance law and labor dispute settlement law.
