| Abstract: | Illegal emigration crime is an outstanding problem that occurs along the seashore areas and frontiers and influences the local stability of social order. To positively research the regulation, characteristics and means of it, adopt the valid counter-measures, enlarge investigation and attack the criminals strictly, is the most important task in current public security officers' border defensive duties. |
