| Abstract: | In criminal proceedings, lawyers make a great contribution to the realization of judicial justice and the guarantee of human rights as defenders or law agents. At the same time, they face a lot of risks. Lawyers' right of criminal immunity is a powerful guarantee of maintaining the rights and interests of their clients and reducing the risks in their practice in criminal proceedings. |
