| 摘 要： | 工会组织在加强党的执政能力建设中,根据工会组织的性质和职能,发挥党联系工人群众的桥梁和纽带作用,使党的科学执政、民主执政、依法执政在工会工作中得到体现,维护职工利益,调动一切积极因素,把广大工人群众团结在党的周围,进一步扩大党的群众基础。

| Abstract: | In the enhancement of the Party's governance ability, trade unions have a role to play. According to their nature and functions, they can serve as a bridge between the Party and the working masses so as to manifest in their work the Party's scientific and democratic governance by law. They also serve to safeguard workers' rights, motivate all positive factors, rally the working masses around the Party, and, as a result, further expand the Party's mass base. |
