On the Responsibility of Guangxi Local Government in Developing Low-Carbon Economy

Owing to its unique advantages and huge market,low-carbon economy is becoming the development trend of the world’s economy.Guangxi,as the new growth pole in China’s opening up and regional economic cooperation,is making active efforts to meet the coming of low-carbon era.In order to develop a low-carbon economy,the local government of Guangxi should take a lot of measures including： well drawing out strategy;establishing relevant systems of laws,policy,supervision,strategic alliance,research and support;developing high-tech-low-carbon industry;cultivating culture and education favorable to low-carbon economy;moreover,setting up responsibility system for each local government.
