广西北部湾经济区环境承载力预警系统研究

随着广西北部湾经济区开发的大力推进,城市化和工业化水平不断提高,经济区的环境保护和生态建设势必面临较大的压力.如何在经济社会快速发展的同时,将生态环境质量保持在良好水平并保护好我国唯一的"洁海",避免走"先污染后治理"的发展模式,实现经济、社会和环境的协调发展是当前经济区发展规划实施亟待解决的首要问题.本文根据环境预警的相关理论,对北部湾经济区环境承载力预警系统的主要组成部分--预警指标模块、指标权重模块、环境承载力预测评价模块和警界区间模块进行了系统分析,探讨了该预警系统的运作流程,并提出了该经济区环境承载力预警系统的完善措施.
