With the acceleration of china's urbanization,eco-city,the important basis for the realization of sustainable development,begins to be a hot issue people gradually focus on.The promotion of the ecological construction of city proves to be great historical task in the 21st century and necessary requirement for the implementation of the spirit of Sixteenth People's Congress of the Communist Party of China,which proposes to reinforce harmony between nature and human being and to push the whole society along a path to civilization featuring the growth of production,an affluent life and a sound eco-system.
