| 摘 要： | 当前,中国出口贸易遭受的反倾销投诉日趋严重.造成这种现象的外因主要有:各国广泛兴起的新贸易保护主义、对我国的歧视性制裁和对中国国情缺乏正确认识;就内因来说,我国企业的不规范经营、反倾销意识缺乏、以及相关法规和体制的缺陷,使得我国出口企业往往在反倾销案中处于劣势.要改变这种状况,不仅要依靠政府在宏观方面的努力,也需要作为微观主体的企业的积极配合.

| Abstract: | With the development of export trade in China, the problem of anti- bumping becomes more and more serious. This paper attempts to analyze the internal and external causes of anti-bumping against our export companies. The change of the situation depends not only upon the support from government at all levels, but also upon the coordination of relative businesses. Our purpose is to go through a perfect and effective operative process in order to protect the interest of Chinese government in the course of anti - bumping. |
