中国—东盟自由贸易区框架下积极培育广西对外贸易竞争优势的思考

中国—东盟自由贸易区(CAFTA)如期建成以来,广西对外贸易取得较快发展,但也存在着明显的问题。这反映出基于现有静态比较优势的贸易模式已逐渐不再适应新的贸易发展形势的需要,必须实现由以比较优势为基础向培育竞争优势为基础的贸易模式的转变。在CAFTA框架下积极培育广西对外贸易竞争优势,必须坚持以国际市场需求为导向,坚持技术创新,坚持外资引进与高新技术产业的优化配置。

Actively Cultivating Guangxi's Foreign Trade Competitive Advantage under CAFTA

Guangxi’s foreign trade has shown rapid development since the establishment of CAFTA,but there are still some obvious problems,reflecting the pattern of trade based on the existing static comparative advantage has been gradually no longer adapt to the demand of the new model.Therefore,it has to be transferred from comparative advantage to competitive advantage.Actively cultivating Guangxi’s foreign trade competitive advantage under the CAFTA must adhere to the international market-oriented principle,technological innovation,and insist optimal allocation of foreign investment and high-tech industries.
