东亚经济一体化的特殊性——地区一体化的理论视角

地区一体化的相关理论认为,地区意志和地区行为能力是实现地区一体化的两个必要条件,在特定的历史条件下域外因素会通过作用于特定地区的地区意志和地区行为能力影响某一地区的走向。本文通过对东亚经济一体化进行分析,指出在东亚地区自身和美国因素的共同作用下,东亚各国进行经济一体化建设的地区意志和地区行为能力都相对较弱,东亚地区在一体化建设上任重道远。

On the Particularity of Economic Integration in East Asia

The view of regional integration-related theory is that the will and capacity are two necessary conditions for achieving regional integration, under the specific historical conditions the outside factors acting on specific parts of the will and capacity to influence on the direction of a particular region. This paper through the analysis of economic integration in East Asia, points out that under the combined influence of the regional itself and the Imperium of the United States, the will and capacity of economic integration in East Asia region are relatively weak, there is hard work on the economic integration of East Asia to go.
