| 摘 要： | 从侦查基本理论范畴所具有的意义出发,“纯粹侦查学”和“刑事司法系统”为两种新的研究视角。通过区分事实和法律两个范畴,“纯粹侦查学”的研究视角认为侦查主要解决事实问题,“刑事司法系统”的研究视角对侦查的功能进行了新的界说。

| Abstract: | Based on the meanings of the basic theoretical field of the criminal investigation,the article puts forward two new perspectives of the study,which are the "pure criminal investigation" and "criminal justice system". By distinguishing the factual field from the legal field,the article puts forward the perspective of "pure criminal investigation" recognizes that criminal investigation deals with the facts mainly while the perspective of "criminal justice system" clarifies the functions of the criminal investigation. |
