The Development of International Trade in Legal Service of Southwest Region of China

With the accession into the WTO,the China's international legal service market has been opened step by step according to our specific commitments of WTO.However,the development of international trade in service of southwest region is gravely lagging far behind its economic development,confronting great many challenges,including the level of career capabilities,portfolio,talent competition,and market globalization and so on.Due to the existing of restrictive factors,such as lawyer specialization and law firm expensive scale,competition level,developing environment,it is necessary to aim at the related measures,the cultivation of lawyer staff,the construction of law firm,the equal developmental condition,further opened policies.
