| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种交通信息的发布方式，构建分布式交通信息呼叫中心的方案。方案参照和使用了目前计算机网络和电话网络的标准接口协议TAPI，提出了基于TAP13．X建立交通信息呼叫中心的可行方案及其系统架构。

| Abstract: | This text introduces a kind of traffic information issue way, structure the scheme of the information call center of the distributed traffic. The scheme has consulted and used the computer network and standard interface agreement TAPI of the telephone network at present, have proposed it because of TAP13. X builds and sets up the feasible scheme which is handed in the call center of open information and system framework. |
