| 摘 要： | 所谓弱势群体,是指在市场经济条件下,社会成员中处于竞争弱势的阶层和群体。由于种种原因,他们在创造财富、就业竞争方面缺乏能力,在经济收入、社会地位、权益保护等方面得不到社会应有的保障。这个群体主要由残疾人、下岗失业人员、城镇贫困人群、农民工等组成。关注弱势群体是公安工作一项重要任务,也是实现社会治安综合治理的重要方面,关注弱势群体是目前公安工作中应当重视的问题。

| Abstract: | The weak refers to those social members who are inferior to others in market economy. For various reasons , they are less capable of making fortune or getting jobs. They are not guaranteed in social status and rights. The weak consists of the disable, the jobless, poor citizens and some farmers. It is an important task for police to pay attention to the weak to keep the stability of the society. |
