| 摘 要： | 教书育人是一个常解常新的话题,也是最优化的教学活动的属性,它是教师应当掌握的工作艺术。大专层次的教书育人工作,是我们面临的新的问题,和对中专学生的教育相比,无论是知识的广度,还是知识的深度,都发生了很大变化,因此,正确认识教育对象,与时俱进,才能掌握大专层次教学的技巧,树立新的教学理念,达到教书与育人的有机结合。

Compared to technical secondary education, graet changes have taken place on knowledge's width and depth. Therefore, we must grasp the teaching skills for junior college, build up new teaching theory to combine teaching and educating organically. |
