摘    要:经济全球化、世界多极化和科学技术的日新月异以及我国加入WTO后国际竞争的日趋激烈 ,使我国的企业面临增强核心竞争力的课题 ,而发展中国特色的企业文化是解决这一课题的关键。基于此 ,本文就我国企业文化的现状 ,发展中国特色企业文化的意义和发展策略进行了论述。

Abstract:The economic globalization, the world's multi-polarization, the scientific technology's new changes and the acute competition after our accession to WTO confront our entrepreneurs with the subject of strengthening nucleus competitive ability. The development of Chinese-type entrepreneur culture is the key of the subject. Based on the above, the essay makes some analysis on our entrepreneur culture's present condition, the significance of the development of Chinese-type entrepreneur culture and development strategy.
